Skived & Roller Burnished Tube, ID roughness under 0.2 um, straightness max 0.2/1000, strict tolerance DIN2391 H8. Ovality max. 1/2 ID tolerance.
2. High quality raw material: Our raw material mainly from some famous steel mills, such as TPCO, BAO STEEL, SHA STEEL, which are best and largest raw material manufacturer in China.
3. High pressure resistance: Choose better raw material seamless tube, after cold drawn the columnar crystals fined to fibrous crystals, which resulted in remarkable work hardening and more uniform material.
That make our honed tubing could working stable in higher pressure, our honed tube more reliable for hydraulic cylinder manufacturing.
4. High surface perfection: ID Roughness of our honed pipe is Max Ra0.4.
