1) Production description:
Hard chrome shaft for hydraulic cylinder ,hydraulic piston rod, , cylinder chrome shaft, hard chrome round rod, hard chrome plated rod, CK45 bar produced by our company come with more than JIS S45C material but aiso in SAE1045, DIN CK45, EN C45E, ASTM 1045, EN 19 , SCM440,42CrMo4, 4140, SUS 304, SUS316, SUS431, SUS410, SUJ-2, where the Hydraulic chrome bar first undergo precision milling and processing, and are then put through gard surface chromium treatment, allowing a surface precision level of f8, and a surface hardness reaching HV850 minimum and up, hard charome bar not only help to improve wear resistance but also help to extend the life cycle of the chrome bar, thus helping the customer save cost.
