Hard Chrome Plated Piston Rod processed by Hot rolled, Peeled, (Induction hardened), Surface grinded, Hard chrome plated etc.. more than ten processing, made by steel bar in material CK45, 20MnV6, 42CrMo4, SUS304, SUS316 etc.. Dia. Precision level of f7 tolerance, surface hardness min. HV900. Chrome layer thickness 20-50micron can be choice, Salt spray test 60-90hours. Induction hardened hardness HRC55±2, hardened depth 0.5-3.5mm can be choice.

1. coating anti-rust oil
2. plastic caps on both end of tube
3. same size tube were bunded by steel belt
4. each bundle with lifting belt
5. woven bag package
6. Iron wooden case packaged or loaded in container
