The hard chrome plated piston rod is processed by hot rolling, peeling, induction hardening, surface grinding, hard chrome plating, etc. After more than ten processing, the steel bar materials made are CK45, 20MnV6, 42CrMo4, SUS304, SUS316, etc.

The factory adopts modern management system and technology. The equipment covers the entire processing process. It covers 40,000 square feet. The building area is 30,000 square meters.
All machining controls include cold drawing, heat treatment, honing, peeling, grinding, polishing. There are 50 sets of advanced equipment, more than 80 skilled workers, and an annual output of more than 30,000 tons.
