Product Description
Honed tube is produced using our “Suitable to Hone” Drawn Over Mandrel (DOM) and Cold Drawn Seamless (CDS).
The honing process involves using abrasive polishing stones and abrasive paper to remove small amounts of material, to produce extremely precise ID dimensions and improved finishes.

Honing seamless hydraulic cylinder tube processing:
Raw Materia l→ Acid cleaning → Parkerizing →Cold-drawn →stress relieving→ leveling→ saw off not good parts→ honing→ inspection→ packing
Condition of Delivery
1. NBK(+N)
after cold forming, eventually above phase transition point, in a protective atmosphere of annealing oxidation medium
2. GBK(+A)
after cold forming, annealing in non oxidizing medium protective gas
3. BK(+C)
the final heat treatment after cold forming, therefore small steel pipe plastically, the plastically degree does not guarantee
4. BKW(+LC)
after final heat treatment, a tiny cold drawing deformation, continue again when machining steel pipe allowed inside certain
limits cold deformation(bending, flaring)
5. BKS(+SR)
have a stress relief after cold forming, heat treatment, steel pipe can be carried out within a certain limit in the appropriate processing again
Packing and delivery
Seamless Honed tube Packaging Details:
1. Small OD: In hexagonal bundle with steel strips
2. Large OD: In bulk
3. Wrapped in waterproof plastic woven bag
4. Filled in wooden cases
5. As required
Delivery Detail: Shipped in 7-15 days afterreceived the balance payment
